Healthy Diet Motivation Went out the Window

Enjoyed a night out with friends last night and wouldn’t you know they made artichoke dip with mayo and philly cream cheese. At least I think that is what was in it. Baked and gooey. On triskets. Why oh why didn’t I stick to just 3 or 4 crackers and instead I had 3 or 4 at a time about 4 or 5 times.

Today is a new day. I’m back at it again. I can get my healthy diet motivation back again. Lean eating.
